beware.... I have never heard of any shops that use anything but tap water for their flushes or simple drain and fills... tap water causes build up in the cooling system and also reduces the life of the coolant... so I recommend just a drain and fill instead using distilled water... I'd use mazda coolant instead simply because it won't have some mystery additive that can damage the cooling system which can happen with any aftermarket coolant... add some redline diesel water wetter if you feel like increasing its heat exchanging abilities... it'll work just like the amsoil stuff... don't get the normal water wetter as it contains silicates which is not recommended by mazda!

I am getting a lot of things done at the same time, so it's really hard to give you break down pricing as he's charging me for install/labour only (I bring all the parts etc). It's best to call him and get pricing yourself. Either way I am sure you will not find better pricing ANYWHERE.
