Hi all, new member checking in. I've owned my 2008 True Red ms3 for a little over a year now. It's been a great car so far and I've done more to it than i thought I would when I bought it!

Quick question, I want to post some images and when I open a page to start a new thread there isn't a "Manage Attachments" option. At the bottom left hand corner it says that I can not post images, is there a period of time a new member must wait until he or she can post images?

Not on this page, when you click on "Post New Thread" and that page comes up at the bottom there is a box that says "Posting Rules"
You may post new threads
You may post replies
You may not post attachments
You may not edit your posts

The little icon that looks like a mountain with a yellow background. When you click on that, it asks you for the link to the image. You would have had to upload the image to an online image hosting site of some kind, grab the link for it then put it in there. It will show the image.
No one, as far as I'm aware, can post an "attachment". You have to do it the picture way. The following link might help explain slightly by giving an example...

Keep aware that there are rules on how large an image can be to make sure the images aren't taking up too much of a users screen. Not sure where they are off-hand but they are there.

That's because some of us still use 13" monitors. Not all of us have those fancy flat screen monitors like you kids. :)

LOL. I wasn't pointing out who it was that had small monitors. Hell, I have a 13" macbook at home so I know some monitors can't handle really large pictures. Then again, it also depends on the resolution settions more-so than the monitor size as you can have a smallish monitor but a decent enough resolution size...or vice versa. A huge monitor with a crap resolution size.
