So, I am pretty sure it’s a motor mount but I have been known to be wrong. I have had the side motor mount replaced under TSB so it could be the other one(s). When turning the car over there is a noticeable, albeit slight shake/clunking, as if the engine wants to break loose. Once the engine is running it’s fine, it’s fine at all speeds as well (acceleration, normal driving speeds) with the exception of a faint, barely noticeable vibration that occurs periodically. I have searched for similar threads for this specific issue but did not find one ..

at any rate, I have an appointment with Jimmy on Monday to get my exhaust installed, perhaps I will get him to check into that afterward but right now I needed to get it out...

hmm, so nobody has had this experience? anyway, i think i may have nailed it down .. motor mounts are fine, though i'll be upgrading these soon. I believe the issue is that my SRI is not "fully" mounted (i.e. i did not secure the SRI as there was no mounting bracket) because of this, when the engine is being started the SRI is flexible enough to knock on the inner beam... i will confirm this when i get home but i am pretty sure that is the issue :)
