o2 sensor

Hi,

Is someone know a cheap replacement for our o2 sensor ?
I need to change my first 02 sensor on my 3 2006 2.3l, the o2 at the dealer cost $146 and I would like to know if an universal sensor could do the job ?

I called local stores and they don’t have any sensors listed for the Mazda3 !

What model of universal sensor do I need ? A heated 4 wire one ?

I've never done this before, but from what I hear $146 is quite reasonable, unless the labour is high. Why not stay with the real deal?

I assume you mean the primary sensor; is this correct? If it is the primary then the price you were quoted is not unreasonable.

I ordered a Denso direct fit secondary sensor online from Rock Auto. It was $92 cdn shipped to my door.

I just found a used OEM one on eBay for $21 ! I'll try it :)
