So wake up after lil sleep to an awesome text msg.

Reads as follows :


from 65555: "Enter your PIN online or Reply OK to get your product. T&C+help:www.Jamster.ca JamsterPlan: 11pods $10/mo Cancel : Text stop


than gives me a pin , followed by a text with another purchase...


WTF! :bang:bang


I never ordered anything, nor texted this lame ass service . So .. out of anger called up customer care from BELL... a pleasant teenager answers the phone. I tell this guy my situation , how I never texted this crap company or bought anything online.....

I'm followed up with "I'm sorry to hear that sir, but these are valid charges"? ... WHAT! :bang:bang:bang . I told the rep to check my history/downloads and texting (to show which numbers I text) and you will find nothing to no 666 I mean 65555 ...... (now I'm ready to throw my house phone in anger) I demanded to speak to his supervisor , which I get the following information repeated back to me that numbnuts just said, than a nice click..... silence and the tool hung up on me.... Since I'm not that much of an ass I won't put up his ID number and name and call center location.


Now ....... has anyone else bought things with their phone and without actually using their phone and wow.... to ur suprize ... YOUR A WINNER OF LOOSING 10$ ....


So my question to you after my rant :blah ... should I just text stop... to 65666 and suck it up and pay the $10 :flaming:flaming:flaming bell can lick my ass

i had that problem with rogers
they gave me a credit and that was it :headbang

lol I guess just hate jamster their lame ass company and commercials every 3 minutes... I honestly thought you could only get charges if this was done from your own phone......

lol I've done that in the past.... but didn't even get a chance to drop the "your a moron" got hung up on ... meh I'm off to vacation next week so maybe wait till I'm back... but seriously customer service SUCKS ... almost with every company

...and they're located in Canada! You can actually understand the representatives. Every company has their asswipes but I believe they can get fired for hanging up on you.
