Constant Source fuse spot.

On the old cars they use to have one or two fuse spots for accessories. Wondering if the 2010 has one. Looking to hook up headrest dvd and i need one constant power source and one that is a switched accessory. anyone know were i can hook them up without tearing any up. The wife will kill me if i scratch up anything on her car.

Depends on how much wire running you wanna do. Both the constant 12v and acc. 12v can be found within the steering coloumn. The 12v cigarette lighter/power source within the centre consol is a source but I haven't a clue if it is a constant or just when acc. is turned on nor do I know what is involved in getting to the wires.

the lighter is not constant. when i turn the car off it does not charge but the one in the armrest is constant. i was hoping that there was an open fuse in the box so i can just plug in one of those quick fuses.

guess i am going to go and get a fuse tester and see wich one i can tap.
