My HID headlights started going a bit wonky this summer. There was a loose connection somewhere since both of them would go out. I was frustrated as the minute I re-checked all the connections it would start working again; only to out sometime later when I sneezed or blinked. This was a big priority as I did not want to have fiddle around with this in the dead of winter.
I called up Lockdown who installed my HID lights about 4 years ago and scheduled an appointment. The first thing they said when they saw the wiring was woah what a mess. I began to worry how much it would cost me but Jeff said they would redo it again free of charge. They spent well over an hour wiring it again. Christian and Jeff did a phenomenal job as it look's 10x more clean.
I'm ecstatic to their commitment to warranty their work (even after 4 years). I would recommend them.
