OK to use TR5 spark plugs in 2005 2.0?

I can't seem to find TR6 plugs at Canadian Tire which is what my 05 specifies. Would I be OK with going to a slightly hotter plug? Or does anyone know where I can find TR6 plugs in Toronto?

if all else fails, the dealer will have the right NGK plugs for your car

motorcraft plugs will also work as some engines came with them from the factory. I recommend NGK or denso though as they are much better built plugs and perform the best in a japanese car
