Demon's Souls for PS3... Anyone played it?

This one flew in under the radar for me. I never even heard about this game until I just happened across a review on www.ign.com today.

Since then I've read 3 reviews that say this is one of the best on the PS3. It sounds like a throwback to the classis NES days when games were a challenge and you didn't have unlimited continues. I'm up for a good challenge.

I think I'm going to pick it up tomorrow & give thanks that I have a day off to sit on my ass and play video games all day.

my buddy plays it and says it's unreal.
he can't stop playing it, but then again, he's a bit of a gaming nerd and if he likes a game he'll play for an entire weekend with no contact to the outside world just to beat the game. lol

and really had a huge urge to want to buy it

but opted not to simply because i'm a perfecionist when it comes to rpg'ish type games

this game would've sucked the life out of me

waiting for my uncharted 2 =)

Heard about it and it rated pretty good on a few sites. Will have to wait since Uncharted 2 and Modern Warfare 2 will be keeping me busy for a few weeks.

Ohhh man do I ever love that game. And the main character is hot... hahahaha - can't wait for the movie!!
