Maybe it would be a good idea to put the requirements (50 posts, 2 weeks) in the description for the Classifieds section?

It's a sticky in the general classifieds area as well as each sub section. People just don't bother to read/search it. Even KNOWING the rules, people still try to post outside of them anyways.

Things like this are clearly stated if people just take the time to look around instead of posting whenever they have an issue.
