So the other day I noticed that my windshield wiper arm is rusted to the motor. I was just made aware that there is a TSB WIPER ARM HINGES CORRODED (http://www.finishlineperformance.com/pdf/mazda3/bulletin/09-005-08-1881.pdf).

I know my car is beyond the warranty period, but will I still be able to get this fixed by a Mazda dealer free of cost?

It was explained to me that TSBs will be dealt with free of charge in most circumstances whilst still under warranty, but once out of warranty you would be charged the regular fees.
