I've had a little bit of rust bubbling under the rear wheel wells on the fenders of my car so I called Guelph City Mazda today to tell them about my situation and ask a couple questions about the warranty. I was told by the tech that it was covered only for five years when my research tells me that it's been extended to seven. Can anyone verrify this? In any case, I told him I wanted to have it looked at (since I know that for most of these issues, it's at the dealer's discretion) and he told me to DROP BY Kieswetter Mazda in Kitchener because they have a body shop... I live in Guelph and to drive 30 mins to Kitchener to "drop by" just to have someone look at it is rediculous! Didn't seem like the guy cared at all, and their info may not even be up to date. Poor customer service = -1 Guelph City Mazda.

Go to Forbes Mazda in Waterloo, talk to Matt Gallagher, service manager. He will take care of you.... Trust me, Guelph City Mazda isn't great, Forbes however is IMO. (dealt with both)
Forbes fixed my 04 3 GT in february no problems
