Are there Carpet Hooks on 2010 Hatch?

My 2010 GS hatchback don't have the carpet hooks, so my weather mat has been shifting around.

My neighbor who just got the 2010 GS sedan, have the carpet hooks! What gives?!

If its like the first gen, it's installed at time of PDI if I recall. Perhaps yours just wasn't installed.

just go back the the dealership, ask them to take care of it =)

I have a 2010 GX hatch. Have 2 carpet hooks in each front foot well.
Dealership "owes" you these.

Yes you should have these...dealer will set you up if you go back

Mine weren't installed when I picked the car up, but I found them in the back of the glove compartment in a bag.

It was a pretty quick install to get them in there myself.

I just picked up my '06 3 Sport and the carpet hook is missing and the carpet and/or mats keep shifting and it's getting really annoying (and dangerous...make that very dangerous..I can tell you from experience). When I go in on Friday to get my tranny fluid changed I'll see if they can put one in for me at MoT or just give me one to put in myself.

Your car is new so there should be no issue (with the dealer).

I don't think the dealer would give you too much of hard time. All you would have to do is remind them of the fiasco that Toyota had to deal with regarding their floor mats interfering with the throttle which created a huge recall. It is a safety issue
