Ok so on the weekend there was a charity event in San Francisco and a bunch of people were bidding on different items. One celibrity offered up a one week trip to South Africa for the 2010 World Cup complete with game tickets. The bidding stalled at around $30,000 and the celebrity gets up on stage and offers a 7 second kiss with her on top of the trip for the winnner.

The celebrity in question:

As you might suspect the bidding got rather heated and the final winning bid was $140,000. Yup that's right $140,000 U.S. for a 7 second lip lock with Charlize Theron.

Oh and I forgot to mention. The winning bid was by a women and the 7 seconds turned into 20.
