So this morning I got an email from my mom THis is what it says:
Are you able to call from the Welcome Centre? If so, please give me a call. A letter came in the mail, yesterday, for you to attend a two hour interview with the Ministry of Transportation Licensing Services!!!! If you don't appear, your licence will be suspended. You have had two tickets for speeding and one was 95 km/hr in a 50!!!! OMG!! Your father is furious! That's two speeding tickets in two years - and you didn't even have anyone fight the second one!!!! As a result, you now have 7 points on your licence! You will not be able to get insurance for your car in the future. This could also affect your ability to get into the paramedics program because you need a clean driving record.
Apparently the ticket I got in may somehow turned into a 45 over magically putting 4 more ****ing points on my licence. I AM BEYOND PISSED. this is not what I need at all right now. I have spent hte last hour trying to figure out how the hell i can change this. But everyone is putting me on hold. GOD DAMMIT. this is pure bullshit. And im not at home im away so if i dont go my licence gets suspended. ARGGGGGGGGH! im going to spend the whole day figuring it out now. :flaming:flaming:flaming:flaming:flaming:flaming

that's crazy... sorry bro... you didn't keep the original ticket did you? Maybe the cop made a mistake and corrected it giving you a worse fine and finished it at the station :complain , if for sure you know it was 15.... that ticket is your only grounds to prove that your right!!! I wish you the best if your at work... try to chill out the last thing you need is to loose your job too. Call your rents (if you still live at home) see if they can look for your ticket (if you kept it also check in the glove box) try and relax ... i know stressful and see what you can do to get it resolved. I work with paramedics and have a lot of respect for them , if thats your dream in live FIGHT FOR IT! ...... side note female paramedics (mostly that are with Orange *helicopter paramedic*) are hawt

Hope you have the original ticket. That will prove that the police made a mistake in the computer system.

okay so some greeeeeeat news now. I spent the last 1/2 hour dealing with it. And it was a mistake that the courts make (how do you screw that up like seriously) and I now found out that i went from having 7 points off my licence to now having 0 points off my licence. the ticket that I had gotten back 2 October's ago is off my licence so now I have a perfect record. wow 1/2 hour of a headache to have no points off my licence :D. still mad but at least its been takin care of

This happened to me somewhat 3 years ago. I was super excited to be going to the beach with my girlfriends, bikini's were already on, sunroof open la la laaaa. Anyways, I get pulled over. I'm honest, polite, hand over all the paperwork. I ask the cop if I will lose points etc, as I'd never had a ticket before. He says NO, not at all, don't you worry young lady... and then I find out a year later I had 3 points from that incident. :flaming
No biggie now, it's history, glad to hear your story is good now to J.

well see i knew she gave me a break.. I do not blame her at all. I blame the Guelph Courts and when I go home I will be talking to them. I knew i had 3 points.. and i know 15 over you do not lose points. But I still do not understand how they go from 15 to 45 and realize oops dont get mad it was just a mistake. THATS A HUGE MISTAKE THAT ALMOST COST ME MY LICENSE. the 1st ticket yea okay 2nd one noo.

i wonder if the cop has a reall long front part to his "1" if it really extended down I could see where the person inputing it into the computer could confuse it for a "4"
