2010 key

i asked this question awhile ago but know one answered it so thought i should ask again.

Looking to get a extra key or two for my m3 gt 2010. the delearship wants like 200 for it. I read here that the older ones you can program them yourself just need to get the key. does this still go for the 2010. Mazda dealership here said they thought the new 2010 cant be done. they were not sure and said to ask you guys. (atleast they tell me they are not sure)

if you get the GX key (which doesn't have keyless entry I believe), then you can get it cut and programmed to your car yourself

no i have the gt version.

I am interested in this as well, but I want a new 3rd flipkey which is exactly the same as the other 2 OEM 2010 GT flip keys.

no i have the gt version.

he means the smart key which is available in the GT-E version

I love the key but i hate the fact that I cannot get a remote starter put in as noone wants to fool around with that style key :(
