Back seat heating.

There is a vent under each of the front seats to heat the back. The problem is there is a piece of fabric that can go onto of the vent or be tucked under the metal. the vent does not aim up high enough so it goes under the metal. is this what its suppose to do. or should it being aiming up higher and hitting the peoples feet.

assuming yuo are talking about the heating vents in the rear yes they are supposed to be formed right from factory and suposed to be straight goting towards peoples feet
