Anyone knows if ecu from 2.0L engine would fit 2.3L?

It might fit but it probably will not work that well. Don't even attempt this, I thought a federal emmisions ecu would work in my california emmisions car but it wouldn't, and that's the same year and same engine.

So no, there are too many wiring differences between years of mazdas let alone engine sizes.

ECU = Engine computer

Try searching it, it will ask you which engine size, therefore it is not interchangeable. The good news is you can get your engine computer pretty easy on that site.
