CBE and catalytic Converter

So from my understanding, the stock mazda 3 exhaust goes as follows:
Engine --> Headers --> Cat 1 --> Flange --> Cat 2 --> Resonator --> Muffler --> Tip

I got a CBE that removed Cat 2. Does anyone know if I will pass e-test? I tried to search here, but couldn't find a definite answer. I'm wondering if there's anyone that has an updated answer to this.

so after instailling the CBE it will be engine --> headers --> Cat1 --> Downpipe --> Magnaflow system?
