Hey guys,

I was thinking about rocking my Work nuts on my steelies this season before I realized the metal was too soft for the steel wheels.

Anyone know any good places to find steel colored nuts? My steelies make the car look too dark, thought I'd add some color to my nuts lol. (Too late to power coat the wheels... plus I can't justify the cost lol)

I can probably find something online, but I'm having trouble figuring out what kind of nuts the STOCK Mazda lugs are? (IE: size, thread type, shape of the actual nut where it mates with the wheel..)

I have some black tuner lugs that are steel and they have a inside hole for the lock/bit to go in, rather than the lock/bit going over the lug nut...they were quite affordable and were the nuts I chose to run street and track all summer. If I find a link again, I'll post it.

Or we can burnish your nuts... =)

Personally...I need brass nuts...lol...

Can you pass along any info you find Fobio? I might look into them. The thing that scares me about running locks in the winter, especially hollow ones, is that they tend to break when you try to take them off in the summer.

Roasted nuts? Thought about it, but I'm leaning towards anotehr red highlight on the wheels. My car looks soo dark right now.. lol.

chk this out...in fact, summit racing has the largest variety all in one site I've seen...otherwise, I like ebay too.

I've had a set like these red ones/spline drive...$30 + shipping is not bad, but that finish chips...
