Problem with my new samsung impact

Hey everyone

I got the new impact (T746) last week from bell and theres a program for it like the blackberry's have for it to setup contact, videos, pics etc i downloaded it from Samsung and then plugged the phone in, it installed one of the two parts of it but the 2nd one it wont it says please install samsung cdma technology driver cd but it didnt come with a cd with it or its not on the website can anyone help me get this thing lol

bc they dont even know when they got a finger in there as$ lol they said to contact Samsung (haven't heard back yet) but its annoying.. i can get movies and mp3s on itthought a different way but its just want it for my contacts to upload them all though there program
