Help chosing phone

Im changing my phone and im looking at getting either the HTC magic or the Xperia X1

Any one have first hand opinions on those phones?

Im stuck on what to choose,

if you text alot and ur not used to a touchscreen keyboard like the magics/iphones get an x1.

however its better if you get a phone with 5 rows of keys like the dream, if ur a heavy texter and believe in buttons.

i own a dream and its great while my friend owns an x1 and its kinda laggy (winmo6.5) and typing is harder cuase his keyboard is only 4 rows.

If you've got extra money lying around, I'd suggest the SE Satio. Omg that thing is sex.

I was cross shopping the Xperia X1 with the W995, and went with the W995, because the X1 just didn't feel quite as nice and comfortable.

x1 is not comfortable at all.
Windows mo6.5, lags horribly, as all windows mobile phones do.
It looks like a sexy phone, but deep down, its horrible.
