Why do I keep seeing Ferrari logo's on old shitty cars and some new ones. I've even seen them on vespa scooters. IMO It brings the name down seeing the logo everywhere.
Thoughts? Opinions?

I agree... not sure what the point is. I saw TWO on a protege the other day. LAME!

Maybe they want you to think their other car is a Ferrari? Like those dumb stickers more people have.

So how much HP does each Ferrari logo add to the car? I know others average like 10 - 20HP but Ferrari has to have them beat.

IMO, the only time a lower end car can run an exotic car's logo is when they have wheels or an engine from the exotic car.
Sorta like how VAG car owners have been fitting Porsche/Lambo/etc. wheels on their VWs/Audis, etc etc etc.

Would it be okay if the RX8 had real Ferrari wheels and a Ferrari engine?
I don't think in any case you should be able to run a different auto manufacture badge.
Using parts from another manufacture/model is okay but that doesn't mean it transforms your car into something else.

i believe if you run the patented ferrari red on anything, you put the logo on as a trademark thing.
this is of course in regards to those vespas and that atv

Maybe not smothered in badges like that RX-8 but one or two subtle badges would be okay imo...
If the car's only got wheels from a high-end car, it should only have badges on the rims, nowhere else.

Ouch. Just trying to be nice so you don't look like a fool. And technically, this would make me the spelling police. :P

Pot, kettle, black. I thought this picture summarised your post, and is why I pointed out the error.
