Two Suspects At Large After Violent Sexual Assault

Police are hunting for two suspects after a sexual assault overnight in which a woman was beaten and left on the side of the road.

Officers say around 2:30am Saturday, the woman left the Brunswick House near Bloor St. W. and Spadina Ave. with two males. Those men drove her to an apartment near Bloor and Dufferin where they both allegedly sexually assaulted her.

Afterward, the suspects reportedly used another car to drive the victim to a spot a few blocks away near Dufferin and Geary Ave. One of the men hit the victim several times before they left her at the side of the road, police say.

The woman sought help and was treated in hospital for her injuries.

One suspect is described as white, 6 feet tall and weighing 180 pounds. The second is white, 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet 1 inch tall, 200 pounds, with dirty blonde hair, blue eyes, a round face, round nose and a large forehead.

The vehicles are described as a silver or grey, four-door Hyundai Elantra missing the rear Hyundai symbol and a silver or grey, four-door Mazda 3 sedan with tinted windows.

I dunno, it could be likely... maybe not an active user, but with what... 8000 members + on TM3? And considering the majority of users being between the ages of 18-35... I also wondered this because they say the Hyundai had been de-badged. So the emblem was either stolen, lost, or purposely removed as a modification. And well, who's to say his buddy with the mazda3 hasn't taken an interest in his car and modified it as well?

Crazy stuff. I hope they catch them soon. It's hard to imagine there are so many people out there capable of doing something like this.

LOL! Actually me and my old roomie from college both came from small towns and needed to find a place close to York U... when we stumbled across jane and finch and thought, "whyyyy is it sooooo cheap here??? AWESOME!!!!" And moved in right away...

And actually it wasn't all that bad!! Sure we were mugged once, and followed home about a billion times.. but the cops in the neighbourhood always kept a close eye on us. And really, how can you go wrong when the Jane/Finch mall has CARNIVALS like every other week??? LMAO!!!!

Before I got my job fulltime at the school I'm at I used to do supply work, I was working at C.W Jeffries for 2 weeks. This was the year before that kid got killed there and even then (and still now) it's a hell hole the kids run the show. It got better for like 6 months after the incident but now it's back to the way it was. If they told me I had to go there again I'd quit

when i went to york, for the first year the "thugs" would always be hanging around the bus stops smoking and trying to pick up some girls, don't know if it worked or not but i'm leaning toward no. but at least the rent a cops got to feel useful besides breaking up the fights/shouting matches in vari hall (this was when groups were able to setup booths in the hall).
