Fuel Injector Cleaning

I just had my 48K service at MoT and they're recommending a cleaning of the fuel injection system. Anyone else had this done? Cost involved?

Any thoughts on this? I've considered regularly using a fuel system cleaner additive but not sure if it's safe to use on our MS3s with the high pressure injection system.

Opinions!?

LOL. Gotta love some service advisors...

Totally unneccessary on any car with 48K unless it is demonstrating symptoms that could be traced back to dirty/clogged injectors.
