For my small bumper problem ( http://www.torontomazda3.ca/forum/showthread.php?t=40760 ) I'm going to Forest Hill as they are one of the "preferred" body shops and I noticed a few people on here have recommended them but a few years back.

How's their rep these days? Anything I should be aware of?

thnx

Why not check out our own autobody sponsor (http://www.torontomazda3.ca/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=252)? From the pictures posted, their work is amazing.

I've been to their south location many, many years ago with a different car. They do good work, although a few things pissed me off:

1) Over spray on my springs, 2) They claimed they replaced my fuel cap door when they clearly did not. I don't really care, since mine was fine... but they were trying to bring up the bill (insurance paid).

Is this the insurance's preferred facility? You do NOT have an obligation to go to their preferred shop. You always have the choice to take your Mazda to a quality autobody shop of your choice. Remember, preferred by insurance doesn't mean they are the best shop for the job - there are MANY other factors at work when it comes to preferred shops & insurance.

Please visit our sponsor section here on TM3 for some samples of our work - http://www.torontomazda3.ca/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=252. We have a lifetime guarantee and we mainly work on high end German imports. I'd be happy to give you a rough estimate and provide any guidance you may require with handling insurance. (Whether or not you'd like to come to my shop or not.)
