New year resolution [Archive]

I've been thinking about a new years resolution. I'm not typically the guy who follows them, but I've taken to improving myself lately, and figure I might as well give it a shot, and what better place to share information than on this forum. So lets hear it everyone. What is your proposed new years resolution? And if you've got one, what is your game plan? If you don't have one, this will be a good place to stea- I mean ... borrow ideas.

I don't make any! Then you don't have to go, wow - guess THAT didn't pan out.

Always try to better yourself. Don't need a resolution to make it happen.

Drink more and smoke 2 packs a day.

Really though, eating well and trying to get my 8 glasses of water a day.

I started muay thai last week and quit smoking just before xmas. Not really a resolution, just wanted to be better.

this may sound odd but i'm trying to save up more and keep track of my expenses this year...trying my best not to mod.. =(

No resolutions for me - OP said it best, always trying to better myself. Just want to make sure I find time to go to my martial arts classes as well! The best time for my schedule is 7;30am classes though - YUK! :)

That sounds just about right. It's not so much a resolution but my spending habits on food gotta slow down!

Sorry bud, just saw this now. Toronto Kickboxing and Muay Thai Academy (www.tkmt.ca).

The original location is as Queen and Bathurst and they just opened a new one at Yonge and Davisville.
