Seems like fun until the car get out of control, you slip underneath it there by crushing your thorax, abdominal and lower extremities. You then have to wait for the EMS to get to you, extract you from the mess, get air lifted to the nearest hospital, go to the OR for emerg surgery, recoup for the next few months and then rehab...oh such fun...

Looks like fun but extremely dangerous. Perhaps with a tow rope instead of being so dang close to the wheels.

x2. realistically not going quicker or closer to the trees than you would downhill skiing but if something were to go wrong with the car and pin you against the trees its game over. pretty risky stuff

I couple summers ago, I was on a bicycle, and grabbed onto the back of a cube van/truck thing with a step on the back at a red light. I held on until I got across the intersection, and then let go. I'll never do that again :chuckle.

Funny how times have changed. When I was growing up, we did this thing called bumper hitching in the winter. It involved grabbing on to the back of the big steel bumpers that cars had in the 70's early 80's and going for a ride down the road. Sometimes we had 4 or 5 kids abreast on one bumper since the cars were huge boats... It was a lot of fun until I accidentally hitched a ride on the principal's car. We were around 10 years old.

Kids today are such wimps. :)

Seriously though, while fun, doing anything like in that video or otherwise, is incredibly dangerous.
