Rear passenger windows are not tinted?

Picked up my car (2010 M3 Sport GX) over the weekend and noticed that the rear passenger windows don't have the light green tint like the front / trunk windows. Has anyone else noticed that?

Is this aftermarket or the polarized factory tint?

Well, I'm asking because I want to get the car tinted this weekend and I like the even % all around look. My concern is if I get even % all around, it may not look even due to the rear windows not being factory tinted (polarized)
