Toronto police issue Amber Alert

Police in Toronto have issued an Amber Alert for a three-year-old girl believed to have been abducted by her mother or an unknown woman.
Madison Young was last seen with her mother, Sarah Young, 33, in the area of 120 Seventh St. in Etobicoke, near the Home Depot parking lot there, police said Wednesday.
Madison is described as two feet tall and weighing between 30 and 40 pounds. She has chin-length brown wavy hair and brown eyes, and is possibly wearing a pink winter jacket.
Police said the mother Sarah Young has light black freckled skin, brown eyes and long brown curly hair that is partly grey.
A sky-blue SUV might also be involved, police said.
Police have asked that anyone with information about Madison or Sarah Young should call 911.
