So, in the end, his point is that more women die from rape, and he goes about explaining how cognitive dissonance makes it uncomfortable for us because we thought he was talking about ending violence against men when his point was really about ending violence against women.

What does the point that "violence against women should end" have to do with "violence against men should end"? He lures the viewer in with one point but closes with another, and some how that is insightful and significant? He brings up what was a valid and undiscussed point (i.e. violence against men shouldn't be acceptable) and switches it for a "haw-haw, made you look. I'm actually advocating for ending violence against women. haw-haw"

Oh, and Manpreet, Ssmoked, I fully agree with you that if a woman hits a man first, a man should hit back. But really, you try that in real life, in public, and you'll need to get bailed out of jail. Anyone who thinks we live in a fair and equal society are overly optimistic, bordering on delusional.
