I am still furiously looking for non-LED door sills (aka scuff plates) for a 2010 m3 sedan.
My god I can't find these anywhere (tried ebay and google search).

Does anyone have these on their 2010? will previous years fit?...I don't want to scratch the underside of my door though.

Cheers

I'd like to get some scuff plates for my 2010 as well, but I'm thinking if there isn't a seal under or around them, would that not be a perfect place to trap moisture and start rusting?

...good point...? I'm not sure what's best then. All I know is that I already have a paint chip on the driver side. I think from my ski boot, but it would have been prevented with a scuff plate.

ok the door sills only attach to the plastic kick plates. they really dont do much more except look niceer and well protect plastic. it does protect any metal wat so ever and if there is a seal of plastic or not it wont make much of a diff.

I don't think I have ever seen any that attach to the plastic kick panels. All the ones Ive seen are installed like the pic below

I think it would work,
I have two massive scratches in that area where the scuff plate is covering.
