What's the best product to condition your leather with??

Which product do people find is the best to condition their leather with? And when is the best time to do it? And how often should I do it?

Do it all the time. Once you get that first crack it's too late! I don't know what's best to use though. If you have REAL leather then hand cream/baby oil works great (for baseball gloves) lol.
