Montreal Job Opportunity

Hey everyone.

I'm not sure if anyone here is from Montreal or familiar with the area, but I might have a job Opportunity in Ville St. Laurent and I will need to buy a condo if I go there (Or rent, but would prefer not to).

I am looking for a high rise condo, normal amount 200-300k. Is there many high rise condos in Montreal? It seems like they're all low rise from what I see, am I right?

Any help would be much appreciated.
