Damn, same here.. any insight here folks?
Might sound a bit dumb, but is there a break-in procedure at all?

the rears can't be set without some work...so when i had mine mine installed. I asked Jimmy to set it at about 15% FROM FULL SOFT. So it's pretty soft and comfy, but still better than stock. The front i can easily play with. I also started with 15% from FULL SOFT....then over time, i've dialed it up to probably what is about 25%-30% from FULL SOFT. If i could do it again, i'd probably have Jimmy increase the firmness in the back by another 15% or so.

How are the rears adjusted? I kind of want to stiffen mine. Also, I seem to have misplaced my adjustment knob are replacements available?

you might be able to use an allen key in place of the knobs. My previous KW coil overs had nobs, but you could also use an Allen key.

So here is my other question; do the knobs on the Koni yellows "click" for each setting, or do you have to "freely turn" and pray that it is equal to the other shock?

got my yellows installed yesterday with prokit, and I set it to 50% front and back lol, and the ride is pretty good, I don't mind stiffer, I think the ride is actually better than my stock. Maybe because my stock shocks are is pretty much out, but I only had 85k on the car. The car handles so nice and alot less body roll with the prokits and yellows, the height is also perfect, I took a few sharp turns yesterday and there was no drama in the movement of the car lol

So I got my suspension checked out and after 144ks on the 'lowered car'. It seems like they are on their last leg and they are starting to leak. So a new set of strutts it is for me. Did anyone have to replace their strut mounts or does the strut come with it. ie. the Koni yellows.

Marco, I replied in your other thread. The after market struts do not come with strut mounts, but as I said previously, more likely you need to replace the bump stops.
