Fix sizes for Sig and Avatar Pictures

It States you can only have a 16kb picture in your sig. I tried to make mine that, but it looked horrible. So i thought, WTH, i'll post an 80kb one and see if it works.

Can you change what is written in the edit profile screen to appropriately represent the filesize you are allowed to upload for these pictures?

No, there is no need to change the text. You are currently using a pic that is 12kb so what is the problem? Sigs aren't normally checked unless they are oversized or I'm in a picky mood. :chuckle

We don't have heavy restrictions set right now but if you like we can. Then everyone can complain to you since you got us to implement the restriction. :)

All we ask is that you try to keep the kb size down and conform to the proper pixel size.
