Removing fog light covers without taking off front bumper?

Hello,
Is there any way taking of the fog covers without taking off front bumper?
The fog covers im talking about are in the next picture....

Not 100% sure on these...but if it's held in with screws, you might be able to go in through the wheel well, and splash shield under the car

But I always thought these were either clip on, or 1-piece with the rest of the bumper cover

You might be able to remove them if there is enough room but it might be smarter/easier to just remove the bumper cover to have access to them.

^ I agree. Can't take any longer than 10 mins to take the bumper off. It's easy to take the 04 bumper off. Just lay a towel or cardboard down if you do so you don't scratch your bumper when you rest it on the ground.

I would say take the bumper off as well. I removed my 09 bumper yesterday to install fogs after I thought I could access from just underneath(what a pita) it's far easier and less hassle in the end- I found at least
