Hi OT,
I know its a stab in the dark, but do any of you have contacts/clients in the real estate/land development industry?
I'm in 3rd year of Economics at Wilfrid Laurier, and want nothing to do with economics post-grad. Would love to get a feel for the industry before that, and I'm open to anything at this point.
I've got a few nibbles (hopefully offers), but I want to exhaust all my options as this is something I think I can really enjoy.
I've got a great cover letter and resume on the ready.
Best regards,
-Gabriel

Hey Gabriel,
What specifically in the real estate/land development industry do you want to do? Depending on what you're interested in I may have some contacts that I could forward your info to.

PS - You go to Laurier? I'm at UW and at school this term. Now that it's nice out we should meet up sometime!

Damn, not sure where my long reply went...
But to parphrase: No preference (any experience is good experience), but if I have to say something, I suppose it'll be commercial (land or real estate or acquisitions).
Shot you my email!
Thanks Salomon.
(And what a coincidence, the last name of the contact who is the catalyst of this direction is Solomon--you had me tripped up for a bit)
