Fantastic service, as always.

WITHOUT making an appointment I went to Northwood Mazda at like 10 or 11pm last night and dropped the keys in the drop off thing, with a note to clean leaves out of my HVAC blower (had been ticking for a while), and I checked the little check boxes on the envelope for the keys indicating that I wanted an oil change, front end alignment, and tire balance. I had meant to phone Jason first thing the next morning to tell him not to rush as I am working out of town all this week.

Well...I forgot to phone Jason, and he phoned me by lunchtime today to let me know that it had all been completed, and that I was only responsible for covering the oil change and tire balance as the rest he was able to put through warranty for me.

Just another happy ending to a service visit at Northwood Mazda! If you go in for service ask for Jason, he's the bomb! I think it may have even been a member here who was the Technician doing the work on my car. Thanks again Jason and Mike! Effin' FAST!

On another occasion, I was leaving to go on a trip, and had no appointment for an oil change, Jason squeezed me in with like 20 minutes notice right at the end of the day.

Also, the new location is really nice, defly an improvement in atmosphere!

Another great experience at Northwood Mazda....

Dropped my car off on the holiday Monday with no appointment, key drop box... Made a note on a complaint I had regarding some potential major repairs and they took it from there (and covered it under warranty). Called me less than an hour after opening the next day to say they replicated my complaint, and I'd have my car back by Thursday or Friday. Jason called a couple of times throughout the process to keep me updated as usual, and I'll be picking my car up tomorrow.

I couldn't ask for a better place to take my car.

Nice work Cosmo and Jason!

Just thought I'd add a thumbs up here. Went in for alignment (same day, a few hours from calling in) and work was done quickly, nice waiting room...big windows to see into the shop and the car was brought back to OEM specs for $100...Maybe they will soon become a sponsor of TM3??

Do you guys have any mods on the car? Aftermarket DRL, Suspension etc. Just want to know if they skim over and not care till you have warranty, or you guys just didnt have anything.,

One time the service rep at Northwood Mazda asked where I got my WeatherTech floor liners. Nothing has ever been said about my aftermarket HIDs, LED reflectors, custom bi-xenon projector fog/driving lights, extra grounding wires, Cosworth oil cooler, or the removal of the factory intake resonator.
