New 3 owner from london

I just picked up a 3 today. it's a 03 gt hatch back
This is my second car, previously had a 97 Acura el. so this is a fairly nice upgrade for me

oh.. and for some reason, my steering wheel volumn control doesnt work, neither do the other buttons, except cruise control, anyone got any idea? I know the previous owner had a aftermarket deck in there

oh sorry! correction it's an 04, with 133200 km

Um.. I actualy have some HID ready to put in my car, I was gonna put them in...
but first problem I found was passenger side has a broken spring, so the previous owner did a little mod to hold down the bulb.. It's almost impossible to take it out without taking the whole housing off...
second problem, I think I need some kinda spacer to hold down the bulb? or else it wont sit tight. where can I find these spacer..?

For the HID spacer I just cut up a rubber stopper like thing that was on the wiring for the bulb and shoved it in there. Other people use tub stoppers.

tub stopper? doesnt that mean I would need to drill a big enough hole to fit the wires and the stampe of the bulb through?

Ya you have to do some cutting with the tub stopper.
