Trade in a GX for GS

I have a 2010 GX sport and I was just wondering if anyone could give me a ball park figure on how much it would cost for me to upgrade from a trade in on my current Mazda 3.

+1. Too late now. Should have done it at the sale. Why not just upgrade some of the stuff on your own and make your own GS. :)

the only cool feature gained is the sunroof. The bigger engine is a waste imo, and the stock rims are butt ugly.

Keep the GX. Add your own personal touch to make it your own "GS" so to speak

Yea just modify your GX. All your really missing is the sun roof.

The bigger engine isn't a waste, it's awesome! That and the 6 speed adds to the enjoyment!

But, like everyone else has said, you're toast now. The 2.0 is still fun, just mod your GX up.

i was in the same boat, got the gx.. so i added side sills, tint, cruise/audio controls and 18'' ms6 rims and i dont mind having a gx now lol

At least you don't have a sunroof. World's biggest paid downgrade in my opinion*.

Dave, how much did you pay for those MS6 rims? They look great.

thanks i paid 550$, found them on kijiji. a sunroof would be great, next car I get in a few years will definitley be another Mazda and will definitley have a sunroof lol

The bigger engine is hardly a waste. That coupled with the 6 speed rocks with a solid rear mount rocks!!!! The sunroof is more of a waste IMHO. I agree with the othersits not worth the trade up though. Have to live with your choice. Just have to mod it to make some horsepower gains. OEM rims on the GS are good for winter though lol.

you'll lose money now- wife got the gx , i told her to get gs- anyway- we changed her rims out, added lip spoiler, just have to tint the windows- she's ok with it now. besides now she has the hubcap steels for winter tires.

with the money you would lose on the trade in you can just spend that on mods and make your car sweeeeet ! :)
