Changes to the moderator team

TM3 has recently made some change to the mod/Admin team, and the time is appropriate to announce those changes.

Leaving the mod team:
FLIPDADY/JOE - As a result of an increasingly hectic work schedule, Joe has stepped down as a member of the mod team. Joe has been one of our most senior moderators, and a tremendous asset to the mod team. We wish Joe continued success, and look forward to seeing him continue to contribute to TM3.
Pimpin_29Y - Gabe has also stepped down. Though his time as a mod was shorter than Joe's, Gabe's input was also valued, and we thank him for his contributions.

Joining the mod team:
Zoom Zoom Boy - Since joining TM3 Tim has shared a lot of knowledge with our members. He also continues to be a thorn in Cardinal Fang's side. A better combination of skills second to none.

We would like to thank Joe and Gabe for their contributions to the team, and welcome Tim in his new role.

Sad to see Joe and Gabe stepping down as a moderator. Hope their lives go through as we are grateful for thier support and knowledge too! Props! I sort of saw Zoom Zoom coming or putting a ? on when he became a mod but I got that answer already =)

Joe will be missed and I'd just like to point out that Zoom Zoom Boy is not so much a thorn in my side then a hemorrhoid on my small butt. You can't see him but you know he's there.

Thanks for the best wishes everyone. I've been bombarded at work of late, so I haven't been on much and just actually saw this thread now. In any case, I appreciate the welcome.

Its been a pleasure having Joe and Gab as mods, Priorities come in life, and for being a senior that took lots of time and effort.
