Im suprised why he doesnt want to keep it.. its probably made history Why not keep it?
but for 3 years at 179,000 ... I wouldnt sell it.

Hrm... don't know what to say about this one. The house looks completely outta place, and I don't think you could pay me to live in a oversized garden shed lol

I saw the house listed a couple of years ago. Honestly you got to be very stupid to buy this house... But a genius to sell the driveway to someone gullible enough to build a house.

LOL...that's what I thought at first! It looked like a shed! I am surprised it actually fits furniture! LOL

You never know, maybe the owner of the house is 4 ft 8. Fits nicely inside.

Some 1 bed room apartment can get it for 140000$
Some 1 bed room apartment can get it for 140000$
1 bedroom Condos go for a lot more than $140,000.

They did a spot today on CityTV on this house. It is WAAAAY smaller than it looks in the photos. LOL

For what it's worth, it's fairly nicely done on the inside and the space is used quite well. It is freaking tiny though.

you can buy a plastic shed at home depot for $1500 and put it anywhere.
