Hello, thought I should introduce myself since I've been lurking for a while now. Picked up an '04 M3 GT hatch from Gyro Mazda back in February, my very first car. Love the ride so far, I've driven lots of mazda 3's before, either rentals for work, or as a Zipcar member.
It has had it's fair share of problems so far; been back to the dealer twice so far, once for rust they said they would take care of when I bought it, and once for some electrical issues I posted on here about. Looks like it may be in again soon, having some issue with either the tranny or fuel delivery, keeps giving me the shudders when I gas it after braking on the highway, and doesn't like it when I try to give'r above 100 (rpms drop and feels like the car is burping). Needs an oil change anyways, so I'll see if they can figure it out when I take it in. Looks like it might need the tranny fluid topped up, and the brake/clutch fluid needs maxing out (I had a fun day today learning where all this stuff was under the hood!)
Anyways, just thought I'd say hi. Hope everyone had a great long weekend and enjoyed the sunshine. Also, a quick thanks to everyone here at TM3, I think reading through the threads really helped to educate me before making the purchase (i.e avoiding certain dealerships, current issues etc).
