I got a lot of paint chips on the hood of my black mazda...I am looking for a good auto detailing store around Scarborough to repair those chips. Any good auto detailing store around Scarborough ?

I would just leave them be. I had a body shop try (that I don't use anymore) and fix them and they ended up looking like filled in stonechips. Lucky for me, a few weeks later the car was totaled! I have a bunch of stonechips on my black hatch now and I'm just repainting the whole car.
It is very hard to repair a lot of stonechips. If you have one or two, you should just fix them youself with a touch up pen from your dealer. If you want a real nice job you can go hardcore and wetsand for a perfect finish.
Good luck and sorry for the non anwser to your question!

Wetsanding may only work if the hood looks "Sandblasted" If they are actual chips you need a repaint, no other way around it.

A detailer won't really be able to help you if the chips are down to base / primer.... you may need to paint to get rid of them.
