Has anyone come up with a way to stop the booster seat from leaving lines in the seat? I have leather and am afraid of permanent damage.

I put a towel underneath it. I don't have leather though.

Yep towel. Or use a piece of foam rubber... something like those puzzle-piece floor tiles you can buy at Rona etc. Flexible enough to bend to the shape of the seat but firm enough to protect from the car-seat.

There is a specific product (I think from saftey 1st) that is a two part system that goes under the seat and on the back of the seat....it's about 30 bucks. It helps protect but you will get lines in your seat regardless. I have a seat installed. I just take it out every week and clean and leather care the seat.

I used a $5 seat pad. Actually, I think it was one of those massage/heated seat pad things. But I just pulled off the cord.
A towel will work. All you need to do is difuse the weight transfer spots

Replace it with the regular cloth seats till you child grows out of the booster.
