Bought my Mazda3 GS last week there. It was my 6th new car and their service is excellent comparied to others I have experienced. The sales Francis is very friendly and did his homework to know a thing or two about cars and their product. (Unlike some other dealers who hire sales agents with little knowledge about driving. If you have been shopping for new cars in the last few years in GTA, you know what I am talking about.)

Francis was very patient and took his time to explain things. We test drove 4 times in 2 visits (2 times on GS sedans and one on GT sport, one on GT sedan) and even went down to 401 to test on the highway. He never showed any pressure of buying or urge for us to make decision. We took a long time there because Mazda made the stupid decision of not offering the same upgrade packages on the 2.0 engine as the 2.5. (I like to have leather, power seats, climate control, CD changer, heated seats, intelligent key on the 2.0 engine, 16 inch tires and we like the front grill and back of the GS better.)

The car we picked up had very low mileage (6km) as it is in their stock and the CN rail dock is just behind them. The dealership had very good personal touch. On top of showing the service department, he also introduce us personally to the service adviser, and even the booking lady. Francis even spent his time cleaning off my old license plates nicely during the transfer.

Don't know about if price was good or not as we didn't compare different dealers and negotiation is the part we hate most when buying new cars. We probably could get a couple hundred more dollars off if we try harder but didn't waste that time as we appreciate their service.

Quite surprised with the after-sales service.

Got a call from Agincourt Mazda last Friday. Got invited to a "new owners' clinic". Before I go, was thinking it could be some marketing events to sell accessories or services. I was wrong.

Went last evening, they prepared coffee and donuts for reception. The service manager and chief tech then took us to the service bays and used a Mazda 3 to show us the various features of the car and looked at the engine compartment in detail of what and where to check during inspection and also answering questions. The whole thing was just to show us how to take good care of the car and questions and answers. No sales at all. At the end, they even give each of us a touch up pen and a silver detailing package as gift.

We were quite impressed as they don't have to do this at all. I have bought 6 cars in Canada and usually just a phone call from the salesperson after the delivery. They are the first dealer we experienced spent the time and effort with customers after the deal.

Wow, that's a unique touch that I've not heard of. Great stuff!

Thumbs up for Agincourt Mazda, one of the few dealerships that didn't make me feel uncomfortable being there. It was busy as hell, but salespeople still took the time to look me in the eye and say hi. Little things like that can make or break anything. Picked up my TM3 plate cover while I was there, woohoo! Then I took up some of the sales manager's time (Ravi, I think) and he was patient enough to answer my questions to my satisfaction even on a busy Sat., even going so far as to bring me into the shop and ask a tech for confirmation.

I'm pretty sure they do this new owners clinic at most other dealerships as well.
I bought a honda and experieced the same thing, bringing you into the service bay and doing the things you described.

Not true. I bought Mazda, Honda, Toyota cars in the past and have never received a treatment like that.

was it one of these Honda (http://www.dilawri.ca/torontodealers.htm) dealerships owned by the same people that own Agincourt Mazda?
