I searched around this and a couple other forums and couldn't find the answer, but if it's been mentioned before sorry! I'm all set to install my gauge(boost in ventpod). I know that the wire has to be lengthened if I want to run off the fuse panel in glove box. I can see that the wire provided is 24 gauge, I'm having a hard time finding 24 gauge wire. Can I use a different gauge? If not where can I get 24 gauge. Thanks. Derek.

Yes you can use another gauge of wire. Anything lower than 24 is just larger and will not hurt anything. 18 - 20 is pretty common and easy to find.

Here's a little write up I did for my install. Hope it might help. Scroll down through the post for some pictures and notes.

Perfect. I had your install bookmarked and it's how I'll be doing mine. Thanks.
