Here is a Rice Citation that everyone can use. I suggest all of you print this off and keep at least 3-5 copies in your car at all times. If you ever see a really ugly riced up car, please help take it off the streets by giving them a ticket! Dont forget to document it (pictures/video)!

Ya also, the image of the citation is rather big so just resize it before you print it (or you can leave it at that size, your choice). But make sure the words don't get fuzzy.

Last year a bunch of us in my program bought some glossy yellow paper with adhesive backing, loaded it onto our University Colour Laser Printer and printed out a bunch of the notices(notice #1). That + sharpie :P I have a few in my glovebox, haven't had the time(or found one that really pissed me off) to actually use it and stick it onto someones bumper ;)

* Has a bunch of “I love my (car name)” stickers everywhere.
* My new personal favorite “Canibeat”, “Hellaflush”, “Illest” stickers on cars. (Yay, that’s not cool!)
* $50 dollar towhooks
* Those JDM badges, the new driver and elder driver crap, yeah just tell the whole world that you just started driving.
* Bikeracks
* Rotas being passed off as the real thing
* hanging stuff toys from the tow hook
* Transformer stickers which are apparently magnets.
* Fart cans!
* Gutting out catalytic converters so it sounds like a straight pipe but it ends up sounding like shit.
* Buying “oem replica” parts but trying to pass it off as the real thing.


Ricers on the street

* Revving at you when you clearly don’t want to race.
* Ricer-fly by’s
* Pulling up next to you, looking at you, guns it.
* Trying to pass off your automatic car as a standard while driving.
* Hardstarting in front of a stoplight, so you can break traction and look cool.
* Burnouts in a busy street
* Speeding like an idiot in residential streets, wasting gas and risking your life and the life of someone else.
* Two lane street, going the speed limit, guy tailgating you, other opposite direction lane is empty, goes on other lane, cuts you off, guns it, but slow downs like crazy on turns, gets caught by the car it cut off, can’t shake free from the slower, $700 car, loses in the canyon, all he can do is flick you off in his Audi.


Ricers in person

* Thinks Honda/Acura is the best shit and everything else is shit.
* Telling you, you should get this, and that, why not put a sticker in your windshield.
* Thinking he knows it all but when you ask him what a carburetor is, he goes “what’s a carburetor”
* Telling you “you should get a V6 so you won’t have to shift down so many times”

I like the concept, but not your proposed 'total' application methods.

Installation instructions:

* Place one large super-sticky violation sticker on windshiled to attract the driver's attention, and make sure the paper is one of those 'peel off by the nanometer combinations' - heavy on the glue, light on the paper. After two hours of trying to peel/piece it off the windshield, this hopefully will distract him/her from ...

* You having placed a four inch by four inch ghost decal on the lower front bumper:

Small, indescrete, and if printed in translucent clear, it could remain on the car for months. Them a-holes only wash their car at a drive-thru anway.
