Email was hacked

So Wednesday my email was hacked and they changed my PW since I dont rmb the answer to my secret question I was brought to a validation site so I give windows solution some details of my account to get it validated but its taking forever its now been 3 days. Has anyone gone thru this and may know a ETA? they said 24 hrs but its been way pass this

got my stuff back!!! took about 5 days of back log but I got it back atleast that validation page works thanks for help yall..ps not my x LOL
